With over 20 years of industry experience, Steven Silverberg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the complex aspects of property development and management. Since incorporating CCD in 2015, Steven has facilitated over $300 million in acquisitions, and holds assets under management valued at over $500 million.
Steven is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Prior to starting CCD, Steven was Vice President at the Laurier Group of Companies. His multitude of unique proficiencies and abilities, including implementing reporting and accounting systems, real estate acquisition, financing and development, were nurtured at Talisker Corporation, eBay Canada and Deloitte Touche LLP.
